This is a great contest and we look forward to working it.  

Unfortunately we got off to a poor start.  A few minutes before the contest

started I lowered the power on a K3 to 5 watts to test something, went outside

to connect a control cable, and came back in when the contest was in progress. 

It was over two hours into the contest before someone noticed that we were

running QRP.  Power was split three ways so perhaps we were getting 1.5 watts

into each antenna.  It was pretty obvious after a few hours that this was not

going to be our best effort.  

Fortunately my mistake did not make the difference in whether we would win.  

Thanks for the contacts.  I will load the log into LOTW in the next week or

so.
