Beverage Transformer

This is exactly what you need to match your beverage antenna to your 75 or 50 ohm coax.  Beverages are excellent for reducing noise and work great on 160-20 meters.  If you aren't familiar with a beverage antenna, you can do a search on Google or go to  the following Wikipedia page:

The binocular core is made from Fair Rite number 73 mix as recommended by many beverage experts, and the wire is insulated hookup wire.

The solid color winding is the primary which will connect to your coax.  The striped white/color winding is the secondary, and one lead will connect to the beverage wire and one lead will connect to ground. Below is an example of what you will receive.

We have used these for many years at my contesting QTH and they work great.  Please specify if you would like your transformer wound for a 9:1 match (matching 450 ohms to 50 ohms) or 6::1 match (matching 450 ohms to 75 ohms). Here is a video of  a 9:1 transformer that I made:

We use Scotch 88 tape to weatherproof our transformers and have never had any problems.  Or you can put the transformer in any type of enclosure available.   Over 50 of these have been sold on Ebay in the last 6 months with all satisfied users.
