ATR = D * (T-A) DIVIDED BY D
ATR = Allowable Turning Radius
D = Distance from tower to Guy Anchor
T = Height on tower where next level of guy wires are attached (above proposed side mounted antenna)
A = proposed antenna height on tower.
Allow small amount of clearance due to sag of guy wires and offset of antenna from tower.

Add the square of half the boom length to the square of half the element length and take the square root of the sum of those two numbers.
